Richie's First Tee ball Game :)

Ok, so Richie started Tee Ball about 3 weeks ago. Today was the parade and ceremony to kick off the start of the games. His first game was right afterwards. Very cute. Oh, something very neat is, first off..his team is "The Yankees" which is his favorite team and his favorite player is Roger Maris..guess whose number he got on his uniform, #9, Roger M. was #9. All by chance. I find that very cool!

So Yesterday I took the kids to Mc'D's after school and while in the Drive Thru I look in my rear view mirror and notice Ashlee is crying. I ask her why she is crying and she won't answer me. Instead Richie answers for her saying that she is sad and misses Grandpa. Now we used to take them to Mc D's with the playground inside pretty often. That was some good one on one time. We would stay for almost 3 hours. So they both miss him. The same for Granny Nanny. That just breaks my heart, not only do I miss him but they do also, they just don't speak about it often. I try to keep that open for conversation at all times. I just wish they had grandparents. Aunt Suzie has been funky lately...Uncle Lance has to find a girl lol and have some offspring already!!!!!!

Family

Scott's mom came from Indiana to visit finally..and to finally MEET our kids..She did meet Ashlee when she was 6months old and then again 5 years ago.Renee and Kurt and the kids came also. So she met 4 grandchildren this weekend. This is the last grandparent for my kids. It was actually nice. I had lunch and dinner for them and some snacky stuff. The kids had fun. I kept in mind that this may be the last time we may see her being that it took 5 years to see her again and she is 77 and seems to be aging. They came at around 12 and we offered to take her home around 8, so then Renee and Kurt left.

WOW, cousins!!

Victoria and Ashlee...you would never know Victoria is 1 month YOUNGER than Ash LOL

So wow, my kids finally seen their cousins! Frankie finally brought them over to play today. They have gotten so big. My brother supposedly is staying clean. Don't know how much I believe. Who knows. He would be a dumb ass to NOT be serious about it finally. Everyone had fun together.
