Richie's 5th Birthday

Today is Richie's birthday. It seems to be the coldest, windiest day of the winter too. Took him to get his birthday pics done then shopped around the mall and had lunch at Friendly's. He does very well with pictures which makes it easier! Waiting for Daddy to come home then we'll take him to Boulder Creek. He had a very good day. He really is a good kid.

The Broken Chain


We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly. In death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you. You did not go alone, for part of us went with you the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories. Your love is still our guide. And though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one, the Chain will link again.

Another party,another cake lol and of course HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL!!

But I have to add, I am so proud of Ashlee and her reading and spelling. She read 2 big words on her cards all by herself..Especially and Definitley. I thought that was great :)

My Baby Girl is 7!

She is so excited to be 7 lol. But feels like she is still 6 she said. Had her birthday party Thursday with her friends, it was alot of fun..even for some adults lol. Took her to Applebee's last night, just her and I. Had them sing to her..her face was priceless, she gets so nervous. Later today some family is coming over and tomorrow we'll go pumpkin picking. Fun filled birthday weekend.
